What We Offer

Ideal for small or micro-business clients who want to ensure their HR administration is done timely to compliance requirements, or clients that may need some extra HR administrative support on a budget.

This service provides up to 20 hours of HR administrative support per month, worked as required.

Examples of some of the HR administration tasks that can be covered include but are not limited to, our New Starters Procedure and our Leavers/Exit Procedure.

*£800 Monthly. Prices exclude VAT. Contracts are a minimum 3-month term with a 30-day notice period for termination. Monthly hours are not transferrable.

Our HR as a Service (HRasS) Pay Per Use package allows for the flexibility of paying for HR support on an as-needed or required basis.

The flexibility of this package also allows clients to work interchangeably between HR business partners and administrators at a set hourly rate.

It also provides an exclusive partner discount on our recruitment services (12% recruitment fee on base salary).

This is a great package for understanding the level of HR that your business may require, as well as assistance with project work or ad-hoc training requirements. This package allows us to coach budding HR talent or line managers through situations as they arise, proving practical advice and long-term development of your team.

*Fixed Rate £60 Monthly. Prices exclude VAT. Time is tracked via time management software and is invoiced monthly at a minimum of 15-minute intervals.

Our unlimited HR as a Service package allows for unlimited use of Hectic People’s HR department, allowing clients to work interchangeably between HR business partners and administrators on a monthly retained basis.

The HR GAP Analysis provides a detailed review of your standard employee contract and handbook compliance, as well as evaluating current working practices to identify areas of non-compliance or non-best practice.
