It involves taking the job brief, actively searching for candidates, meeting with all candidates, providing a shortlist, guiding you through the interview process and issuing the offer letter to the successful candidate. We will then regularly check in to make sure things are running smoothly.
Depending on your needs, we can support with job descriptions, contracts of employment and provide salary benchmarking reports at an additional cost.
Recruitment pay per use is charged at 15% of the base salary on the employee start date for exclusive roles. If you are working with us alongside other recruiters, then it will be 18%.

Our Talent Acquisition service is perfect for growing SMEs that would like to work with us on a retained and exclusive basis for recruitment.
Working closely with your hiring managers, we manage the full recruitment process for you acting as your internal recruitment function, managing your recruitment budget and mapping out your recruitment across the year.
Depending on your needs, we can support with job descriptions, and contracts of employment and provide salary benchmarking reports at an additional cost.
Talent Acquisition is charged at £200 per month on a retained and exclusive basis, plus 12% of the base salary for each new hire charged on the employee start date.
